The Underground
My first long term project. The initial goal being to create a visual document of Boston's underground music community with the majority of events taking place in student owned apartments. As time passed the grand scope of the project resembles close to nothing of my original design. I was enticed to go deeper into the subject than any other pursuit I had attempted at that time. My mind molted out of its previous form and revealed it’s true visual instincts. It is this project that forced out what once was and in its place grew a completely new way of how I think about photography.
This collection of images is the most recent stopping place while I continue to work on the project.
